Rishabh Instruments has informed that the Company has signed a large contract with a leading Electrical equipment supplier in Europe on December 08, 2025. The contract, valued at Euro €1 million (~ Rs 10 Crores), covers the supply of Low Voltage Current Transformers (CTs), with deliveries scheduled equally across FY26 and FY27. The details/disclosures in respect of such contract, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are provided in the enclosed Annexure-A.
