Waaree Energies’ wholly-owned subsidiary-- Waaree Forever Energies has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary viz; Solaris Horizon Energy on December 10, 2025. It has been incorporated solely for the purpose of facilitating and holding specific power projects under the IPP framework. Solaris Horizon Energy is incorporated in India and registered with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on December 10, 2025 and is yet to commence its business operations.

Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of solar photo-voltaic modules, setting up of projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
