Further, as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be remain closed for all directors / designated employees of the Company from December 15, 2025 to February 21, 2026.
