In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, DMR Engineering has informed that the Company has received a work order for Consultancy Services for carrying out Project Management Services of Pareng 14.5 MW Hydropower Project in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, India. The contract period of the work is 24 months for an aggregate amount of Rs. 2,76,00,000/-, exclusive of GST amount. The additional details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 November 11, 2024, are provided in Annexure - I.
