Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Alkem Laboratories has informed that it enclosed a copy of advertisement published in today's Newspapers, Business Standard (English) and Mumbai Lakshadeep (Marathi), inviting the attention of the concerned shareholders to submit their claims with respect to the unclaimed/unpaid Interim Dividend for the FY 2018-2019 and all subsequent years, which is unclaimed/unpaid for the last seven consecutive years, failing which their shares would be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority in accordance with Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder. The copy of the aforesaid newspaper advertisement is also available on the website of the Company at www.alkemlabs.com.
