BEL, Wipro and Inox Wind to see some action today

Bharat Electronics (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs 776 crore. Major orders received include indigenous Counter Unmanned Aerial System (SAKSHAM), Software Defined Radios, Anti Drone Systems, communication equipment, medical electronics, gun control systems, weapon control systems, security software, avionics, masts, components, upgrades, spares, services etc. 

Wipro is expanding its longstanding partnership with Google Cloud to enhance enterprise productivity and drive global digital transformation with Gemini Enterprise. Wipro Intelligence, the unified suite of AI-powered platforms, solutions and transformative offerings, anchors Wipro’s ‘Client Zero’ approach, with the company first deploying and validating solutions and innovations internally to ensure they are optimized and enterprise-ready before client rollout. As part of this strategy, Wipro is implementing Gemini Enterprise across its core corporate functions, including finance, human resources, sales, delivery, and customer support to accelerate decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and improve employee experience.

Inox Wind has secured a 102.3 MW order from ABREL EPC, a subsidiary of Aditya Birla Renewables (ABReL). This is the first order secured by the company from Aditya Birla Renewables, which is for the supply of company’s 3.3 MW turbines for the projects being developed by ABREL EPC in Karnataka.

KEC International has secured new orders of Rs 1,150 crore in the T&D and Civil businesses in India. The India Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business has secured its largest-ever order from a reputed private player for 765 kV transmission line and 765/400 kV AIS substation on LSTK basis. Civil business has secured an order for additional civil and structural works for a 150 MW thermal power plant from a prominent private player. 

NLC India’s (NLCIL) wholly owned subsidiary -- NLC India Renewables (NIRL) has signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with PTC India (formerly Power Trading Corporation) at Neyveli. PTC India is a leading provider of power trading solutions in India based in New Delhi. The JVC between PTC India and NLCIL, which is rapidly expanding its portfolio in Renewable Energy, will undertake the establishment, operation, and maintenance of renewable energy projects-including solar, wind, hydro, battery energy storage systems, green ammonia, and other emerging green technologies.

Astra Microwave Products has secured order worth Rs 124 crore (inclusive of all applicable taxes) from Astra Rafael Comsys (Joint Venture company). The order is for supply of Modules, Cable Assemblies and Antenna for SDR. The order is to be executed within 9-12 months. 

Lemon Tree Hotels has signed its latest property -- Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Kartarpur, Punjab. The property shall be franchised under Lemon Tree Hotels. This signing will further strengthen the company’s presence in Punjab, while catering to both business and leisure travellers for a fresh, vibrant, and value-driven experience.
