Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Icon Facilitators has informed that Tarun Sharma (ICAI M. No. 426523), Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has vide his letter dated December 15, 2025 tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company and the same has been accepted by the Company and has been relieved from the services of the Company with immediate effect. A copy of resignation letter is enclosed. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the diligent and dedicated services provided by Tarun Sharma throughout his tenure as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The relevant details as required under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure I.
