Apar Industries has informed that the Company had informed the Stock Exchanges regarding resignation of Shashi Amin, (Chief Executive Officer - Cable Solutions) of APAR Industries (the Company), effective from the close of business hours on December 12, 2025 to pursue new challenges and opportunities outside the Company. In continuation of the said intimation, pursuant to sub-para 7C of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the letter of resignation including reason for the resignation are enclosed as Annexure-A.
