Waaree Energies’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Waaree Forever Energies has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary viz; Eco Flux Renewables on December 15, 2025. It has been incorporated solely for the purpose of facilitating and holding specific power projects under the IPP framework.
Earlier, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Waaree Forever Energies had incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary viz; Solaris Horizon Energy on December 10, 2025.
Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of solar photo-voltaic modules, setting up of projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
