Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services has received approval for the incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name of Zaggle Payments IFSC, in GIFT City, Gujarat. The incorporation of the proposed WOS will be completed subject to receipt of approvals of the statutory/regulatory authorities as may be applicable.
The proposed WOS will be a Saas Fintech Company, inter-alia, engaged in providing spend management solutions to corporates and their users through their online platform and solutions. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on December 16, 2025 has approved the same.
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services operates in a segment where it interacts and interface with its customers (i.e., businesses) and end Users (i.e., employees) and is among a small number of uniquely positioned players with a diversified offering of fintech products and services.
