Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A Part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, State Bank of India has informed that the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India vide Notification No. 2/1/2025-BO.I dated 16.12.2025, has notified as under: In exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of section 19 read with sub-section (1) of section 20 of the State Bank of India Act, 1955 (23 of 1955), the Central Government hereby re-appoints Shri Ashwini Kumar Tewari, as Managing Director in State Bank of India with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post, beyond his currently notified term which is ending on 27.01.2026, till the date of his superannuation i.e., 31.12.2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
