Emmvee Photovoltaic Power’s wholly owned and material subsidiary-- Emmvee Energy has planned to invest up to Rs 8.54 crore in the equity shares of Clean Renewable Energy KK 1C. The proposed investment is under the Group Captive and Open Access Power Purchase Framework to ensure cost effective renewable energy procurement. The said transaction is expected to be completed in 1 month or such other extended time as may be agreed between the parties.
