De Nora India has informed that the Company had conducted the process of Postal Ballot through remote e-voting for seeking the consent of the shareholders for the Resolutions as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 5, 2025. Pursuant to Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), it has enclosed voting results for the resolutions and the scrutinizers report dated December 16, 2025. All the resolutions as set out in the aforesaid Notice have been approved by the shareholders with requisite majority. The resolutions are deemed to have been passed on December 15,2025, i.e., the last date of remote evoting. The voting results along with the scrutinizer's report shall also be hosted on the website of the Company at https://india.denora.com and on the website of Central Depository Services (lndia) Limited at www.evotineindia.com
