Waaree Energies’ wholly-owned subsidiary -- Waaree Forever Energies has incorporated three wholly-owned subsidiaries viz; Aqua Ray Renewables, Vayu Shakti Renewables and Geo Nova Energy on December 17, 2025. These subsidiaries have been incorporated solely for the purpose of facilitating and holding specific power projects under the IPP framework.
Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of solar photo-voltaic modules, setting up of projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
