All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all aspects. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 4,33,79,63,120 (43,37,96,312 fully paid-up equity shares of ? 10 each).
