Aarti Industries, HCL Technologies and Indus Towers to see some action today

Aarti Industries (AIL) has secured multiple long-term supply contracts for key chemical commodities, including Methanol and Toluene, with globally leading manufacturers and suppliers across the GCC Countries (Gulf Cooperation Council) and South-East Asia. Methanol and Toluene form a vital backbone of AIL’s downstream product portfolio, supporting applications in pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, consumer, and advanced industrial segments (FMCG) and advanced intermediates. These contracts significantly strengthen AIL’s feedstock security, providing greater cost visibility, supply predictability, and operational continuity amid evolving global trade and supply-chain dynamics. 

HCL Technologies has signed an agreement to purchase Hewlett Packard Enterprise’ (HPE) Telco Solutions business, further strengthening its market-leading position in the telecom industry. Following an earlier transaction with HPE in 2024, HCL Technologies will, through this new acquisition agreement, further gain industry-leading intellectual property (IP), product engineering and R&D talent, and client relationships with top global Communication Service Providers (CSPs). Telco Solutions supports more than 1 billion devices through its solutions, across 200+ deployments globally. 

Indus Towers’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Indus Towers FZE has  incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), namely Indus Towers Investment FZE and Indus Towers Ventures FZE, as per the Certificates of Incorporation issued on December 18, 2025. The said entities will, inter-alia, consider investment in African markets starting with Nigeria, Uganda and Zambia.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Road Transport has incorporated a subsidiary Company namely ‘MRDP-III Development’ in India on December 18, 2025, to carry on the business of river rejuvenation and environmental improvement, specifically including the implementation of the Mithi River Development and Pollution Control Project (Package III) covering the stretch from CST Bridge, Kurla to Mahim Causeway along with Vakola River and adjoining areas.

Refex Industries’ subsidiary -- Venwind Refex Power has signed a contract with a leading Independent Power Producer for supply of WTGs for wind power projects of 148 MW to be set-up in the State of Tamil Nadu. The said order is expected to be completed by September 2026.

IXIGO PTE. has been incorporated in Singapore to lead investment and strategic management initiatives, with an emphasis on fostering the Group’s international expansion and strengthening business synergies across key markets.
