In continuation to earlier letter dated 23rd April, 2025, regarding shifting of registered office of the Company, Orient Cement has informed that the Company has received on 19th December, 2025 an Order Dated 18th December, 2025 from Regional Director (Eastern Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Kolkata, approving the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the ‘State of Orissa’ to the ‘State of Gujarat’. The Company will shift its Registered Office from ‘Unit VIII, Plot No.7, Bhoinagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, 751012’ to ‘Adani Corporate House, Shantigram, Near Vaishnodevi Circle, S. G. Highway, Ahmedabad - 382421, Gujarat’ by filing necessary eforms on the portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
