Coromandel International has informed that Natarajan Srinivasan (DIN:00123338) through his letter dated December 20, 2025, has communicated the cessation of his office from the position of Wholetime Director - Executive Vice Chairman and from being the Director on the Board of the Company effective 20th December, 2025 pursuant to discontinuation of the employment contract by mutual consent between him and the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the same. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are given in ‘Annexure A’. A copy of the letter is also enclosed as ‘Annexure B’.
