ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has informed that the Company has received an order under Section 73 of Goods and Service Act, 2017 from Additional Commissioner, Telangana State, on December 19, 2025 at 4:16 pm, for FY2022. The company has further informed that it shall file an appeal against the said order before the Commissioner (Appeals) within the prescribed timelines. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30(13) of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the Industry Standards Note on Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as an Annexure A. The company has further stated and declared that the information and details provided in Annexure A, in compliance with Regulation 30(13) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, is true, correct and complete to the best of its knowledge and belief.
