Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Transgene Biotek has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.01.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of standalone and consolidated un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31.12.2025 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December, 2025 shall be intimated in due course.
