Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the company, Visaka Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2026 for all the persons covered under the said code, in connection with finalization and declaration of Audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025 (Both Standalone and Consolidated). The Trading Window will open 48 hours after submission of the said financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
