Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Ipca Laboratories has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from 1st January, 2026 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company’s unaudited financial results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the said unaudited financial results would be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course of time.
