Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, and the Company code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in the securities of the Company, Pan India Corporation has informed that the Trading Window for the Trading in securities of the Company will remain close from 1st January, 2026 till the 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the Quarter Ended on 31st December, 2025. During this period, ‘Designated Persons’ and their immediate relatives are not permitted to trade in the securities of the Company. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the Financial Results for the Quarter Ended on 31st December, 2025 will be intimated in the due course.
