With refer to email dated December 22, 2025, seeking clarification regarding the significant increase in the volume of our Company' shares across the exchanges, Billionbrains Garage Ventures has informed that the Company has been and continues to be in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations). They confirmed that there is no information or announcement, including any impending announcement, which in its opinion requires disclosure under the SEBI Listing Regulations and which may have a bearing on the price or volume movement of the Company’s shares. They further clarified that the recent significant movement in the price and volume of the Company’s shares appears to be purely market-driven and is beyond the control of the Company. The Company has made, and shall continue to make, all disclosures as and when required, in compliance with its obligations under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
