Shivalik Bimetal Controls has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed with effect from Thursday, January 01, 2026 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and reporting of trading by Insiders. The Trading Window shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. The date of Board meeting at which the aforesaid results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
