(MSEDCL) for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Transport, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) of 3 HP, 5 HP and 7.5 HP capacity at identified farmer’s site in district of Maharashtra, including complete system warranty and its repair & maintenance and remote monitoring system for 5 Years under Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Yojana/ PM KUSUM B scheme. The total order value of 815 Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumps is for an approximate amount of Rs 13.50 Crores (exclusive of GST). Details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025 as amended from time to time, are provided in Annexure A to this letter.
