Foreign and domestic institutional holding in MindTree has increased by nearly 6 percentage points to 45.18% in September quarter from 39.44% at the end of June quarter. Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have 35.65% holdings, while domestic institutional investors (DIIs) held 9.53% stake in the Bangalore-based information technology (IT) company as on September 30, 2013. FIIs and DIIs had held 30.99% and 8.45% stake respectively at the end of June quarter.
