The Certificates of Incorporation for the subsidiaries have been received on December 23, 2025. The companies are incorporated solely for the purpose of facilitating and holding specific power projects under the IPP framework.
Waaree Energies is primarily engaged in the business of manufacture of solar photo-voltaic modules, setting up of projects in solar space and sale of electricity.
