Physicswallah’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Penpencil Edu Services has executed a sale deed with Sudhir Kumar Tiwary and Vedaant Tiwary (sellers) on December 23, 2025, for the acquisition of land admeasuring area 1.76 acres, situated at Tupudana, Ranchi, to support future expansion of business. The cost of acquisition is Rs 69.49 crore (excluding transfer and other applicable charges and duties).

Physicswallah offers test preparation courses for competitive examinations, and other courses such as for upskilling.
