In this regard the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives, from the end of the quarter i.e. start of business hours on January 1, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the publication of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Date of Board Meeting for considering the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
