In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct as formulated under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, HPL Electric & Power has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. In case, trading window end date is on trading holiday then trading window will remain closed till next succeeding day which is not a trading holiday.
