Mukand has informed that as per Clause 4 and 5 of the ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons’ adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing with Securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the dissemination of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025.
