Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Clarification given by BSE vide Reference No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 G.K. Consultants has informed that the trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons or class of designated persons from 1st January 2026 till 48 Hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all connected/designated person of the Company (including their immediate Relatives) and insiders covered under the aforesaid Regulations are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company either directly or indirectly during the aforesaid period.
