Emami has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the ‘Trading Window’ (i.e. period to deal in the securities of the Company) will remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2025, for all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company.
