Repro India has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors/KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons with effect from January 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Accordingly, all Directors/ KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 shall be intimated separately.
