The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Un-audited Financial Result for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2025 become generally available to public. Accordingly, all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors and Auditors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in Equity Shares of the Company during the stated period.
