Shilpa Medicare has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives, Connected Persons (including their relatives) as covered under the said Code with effect from 01 January 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for quarter ended 31 st December, 2025. Accordingly, all Designated Persons of the Company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of the Trading Window. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025, shall be communicated in due course.
