Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchanges in this regard, Varun Beverages has informed that the Trading Window for trading in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, January 1, 2026 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Annual Financial Results for the Financial Year ending December 31, 2025. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in Equity Shares of the Company. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Annual Financial Results for the Financial Year ending December 31, 2025 will be intimated in due course. Further, the company has informed that it is following 1st January to 31st December as its Financial Year in terms of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 as approved by the Company Law Board.
