In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023 and Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading regarding trading restriction period of the Company, M M Forgings has informed that Trading Window shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, other Designated Persons and Insiders and their immediate relatives with effect from 01 January 2026 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial results to the Stock Exchanges for the quarter ended 31 December 2025. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for declaration of financial results (unaudited) of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2025 shall be intimated in due course.
