Dynamic Archistructures has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Designated persons and their immediate relative(s) shall remain closed from January 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
