Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, ZR2 Bioenergy has informed that Shital Gurav, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide her letter dated December 29, 2025 and been relieved from the services of the Company with immediate effect. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July, 2023 are provided in the enclosed Annexure I.
