Aplab has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and clarification given by BSE vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Company’s shares for all Directors/ Promoters/ KMPS/ Designated Employees/ Auditor/ Law Firms etc. of the Company and their immediate relatives would be closed from 1st January, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 will be intimated in due course.
