Gemstone Investments has informed that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’, the ‘Trading Window’ for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnels, designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives to deal in securities of the Company, shall remain closed from Thursday, January 01, 2026 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company by the Board for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025. Accordingly, all the above referred persons related to the Company have been informed not to trade or deal in the securities of the Company during the period of closure of the Trading Window. The date of Board Meeting to consider and approve the aforesaid financial results of the Company will be intimated in due course.
