Indus Finance has informed that in terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window for dealing in the Company’s Equity Shares by the Designated Persons (Promoters, Promoter group persons, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Auditors (Statutory, Secretarial, Internal) and immediate relatives of these persons etc.) as specified in the above code of conduct shall be closed from January 1, 2026 till 48 hours after approval and disclosure of unaudited financial results of the Company by the Board of Directors for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The date of Board Meeting for approving the above results will be intimated in due course.
