Colab Platforms has informed that in order to comply with Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ and the provisions of Regulation 9 read with schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendment thereto, if any, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all the insiders namely Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnels (KMPs), Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives with effective from Thursday, 01st January 2026. The trading window will reopen in 48 (Forty-Eight) hours from the declaration of Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025. Intimation of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial results will be intimated to the exchange in due course of time.
