NBCC (India) has sold 417 residential units at Aspire leisure valley, (2 towers: Tower No 7 & 8) at Gr. Noida (W), UP and Aspire Silicon City, Ph-IV (Tower No.05) at Sec-76, Noida, UP Sub-Package-4 through an e-auction at total sale value of around Rs 1045.40 crore. The company will get marketing fee at 1% of the sale value.
NBCC (India) is one of the few public sector companies engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects (PMC), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development.
