India Cements Capital has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct, to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of our Company will be closed from 01.01.2026 till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31.12.2025 to the public. All directors, designated and connected persons are advised not to deal in the Company's equity shares during the said period.
