Dynacons Systems & Solutions, Ahasolar Technologies and Bharat Forge to see some action today

Dynacons Systems & Solutions has won landmark contract from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) with a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of Rs 249.15 crore. The contract covers the implementation, maintenance and learning services of the Enterprise Applications Platform (EAP) Software at RBI, over a period of 5 years on a consumption based model.  Under this contract, Dynacons will deliver a robust, scalable, and secure EAP solution, integrating best-in-class software tools from global OEMs including IBM, Elastic, Hazelcast, JFrog, and Process9.  

Ahasolar Technologies has received a Work Order for Consultancy services for Providing Owner’s Engineering and Project Management Consultancy (OEPMC) services for 875 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Project in RVUNL’s 2000 MW Solar Park at Pugal, Bikaner, district Rajasthan from CIL Rajasthan Akshay Urja. The whole Consultancy Service is priced at around Rs 1.18 crore.

Bharat Forge (BFL) has bagged contract worth Rs 1,661.9 crore from Indian Ministry of Defence for supply of 255,128 CQB Carbines (5.56 x 45 mm) to the Indian Army. The contract sets forth order execution within five years. The 5.56 x 45 mm CQB Carbine is an indigenously designed, developed, and manufactured (IDDM) compact firearm jointly developed by Armament Research & Development Establishment (ARDE), DRDO and Bharat Forge, Pune.  

Premier Energies has secured new orders aggregating to Rs 2307.30 crore during Q3 FY26. Execution of these orders is scheduled across FY27 and FY28. The contracts have been awarded by a mix of leading domestic Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and other prominent customers in India, reflecting continued confidence in Premier Energies’ product quality, execution capabilities, and integrated manufacturing platform.

Power Grid Corporation of India (POWERGRID) has been declared as successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding to establish the project namely Selection of Battery Energy Storage Developers for setting up of cumulative capacity of 2,000 MWh (1,000 MW x 2 hrs.) Standalone Battery Energy Storage System in the Selected Sub-Stations of APTRANSCO, Andhra Pradesh for 'on Demand' usage under Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding with Viability Gap Funding supported through PSDF, under the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) Model-Battery Energy Storage System Project at 400/220kV SS Kalikiri in Chittoor District for a Capacity of 150 MW/300MWh.

Jubilant Pharmova’s step down wholly owned subsidiary -- Jubilant Generics has made an investment of CAD 30,000 (around Rs 0.20 crore) in Jubilant Pharmaceuticals Inc., Canada on December 30, 2025. Consequent to the above initial investment, Jubilant Pharmaceuticals Inc. has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

RITES has received Letter of Award for Supply of In-Service Cape Gauge Diesel Electric Locomotives from Berhard Development Corporation (Private), Zimbabwe. Broad consideration or size of the order(s)/ contract(s) is $3,600,000.00.
