Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Mufin Green Finance has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for 'Designated Persons' from Thursday, January 1, 2026 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 to the stock exchange. Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
