Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A (7) of part A of Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, GE Vernova T&D India has informed, the following changes in the Senior Management Personnel of the Company: 1. Amresh Singh, Executive- Human Resource Partner, will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company, with effect from January 1, 2026, in view of change in his role. 2. The Board has appointed Poonam Mathur as Head of Human Resources and Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from January 1, 2026, on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
